A new trailer full of fury for Kuro No Kiseki

Always well called September 30 in Japan, not to miss the fence of Falcom's fiscal year, The Legend of Heroes: Kuro No Kiseki is back with a new trailer.

The video shows particular combat extracts that can be confusing since it is seen as well of the action in real time (YS way) as the turn in turn as in the precedents of the franchise. In reality, and as we can see in this gameplay presentation (from 21:00 to 44:14), the player will have the freedom to alternate between real-time and turn per turn as he pleases. In real time, Van and his companions are attacking stray enemies directly without the gameplay being interrupted once (even by the results screen). But they can also use the real time to weaken a strong enemy and turn around in turn to complete it more strategically.

In addition, this trailer reveals that Van has a special transformation such as a superhero with black armor. This transformation named Grendel will be accessible a certain point in the scenario. Once in Grendel mode, Van will be much more powerful, can act twice in one round, accumulate S-boosts and attacks will often have the consequence of weakening enemies. Note that using this transformation will not prevent the allies from participating in the fight.

Not yet announced in the West, The Legend of Heroes: Kuro nor Kiseki does not logically go out at home before The Legend of Heroes: Trails Into Reverie (Hajimari No Kiseki in Japan) whose English location n is not expected before 2023 on PS4, Switch and Epic Games Store.
